submitted by Andres A. - |Recommended: YesQuite, Comfortable — Overall, it was a good experience Pros - I lived in the top floor, but I never heard any noise from neighbors beside me - Bathrooms have HUGE mirrors which makes it really convenient for when you are getting ready - Key access to get into buildings so no strangers may enter and wonder around - Amazon HUB for your packages which prevents them from being stolen - Verizon FIOS ready for people who care about reliable, fast wifi... Don't get Optimum here since is very unreliable and customer service is not the best. - Washer and Dryer in the unit is very convenient, but they still have a laundromat on site if needed - Gym has everything you would need Its just missing a bench press - Faculty are new with the new management company and are on top of maintenance requests Things to improve - Microwaves could be bigger - I wish the building had Central AC but the provided wall AC are very good - Elevators look old, and most of the time have a smell to them - Sometimes there's a garbage smell in the first floor of 100 Hiram, I have never noticed any smells in the building on Denis St. - I would of like the tile in the kitchen to not be the peel and stick type and instead be real tile since it would be easier to clean the peel and stick tile tends to lift up sometimes in the corners

No complaints other than the garbage smell that emits from the garbage room. The smell occurs on an average of 2 days a week. However it doesn't cause my apartment room to smell at all. Living here has been great. I park into my own assigned parking spot and have no issues.

They all respond to concerns and questions in a timely fashion. The units are priced on the high-end, but they are well maintained with routine care and thoughtfulness. It's been nice to live here

submitted by Amanda H. - |Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living in this apartment for a couple years. Recently there was a new turnover of management and staff due to being bought by a different company. The new staff as of Jan 2021 has not measured up at all to previous staff in terms of communication, maintenance of the units as well as ground-keeping doors are not fixed for apartment entry, gates not lifted for snowplows to get in, etc . It's even made me consider moving with as much as we pay for this place and I have talked to many residents whom have lived here as long or longer than I have, that they are extremely disappointed. I have really loved this apartment for the previous staff and the location, and was willing to pay the price for this, but now I am not so sure. I am willing to try and assume it has something to do with the pandemic currently and giving the staff the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they simply aren't adjusted to the place, but... communication and general friendliness goes a long ways.

I reside in a 2 bedroom apartment and I never hear my roommate. The fitness center is adequate. There are free weights, and These are the only good things. The leasing office is a joke of a resource as there is only one woman helping the entire complex, and to me, this seems logically impossible to do. The one person i've met from maintenance seemed capable, but again, there seems to be no other help or staff in this place. Our lot was not cleaned for a few DAYS after a snowstorm. Residents were forced to dig their cars out themselves, and no walkway was cleared. Overall, we enjoy the place, but the help is nonexistent and the management is exceedingly rude. 5 10

submitted by Rayan D. - |Recommended: YesPretty expensive for what you get especially the non-renovated units — its ok. trash chute fills up and is gross sometimes. maintenance staff is nice, but property company does bare minimum for fixes repairs. for how expensive rent is, even non-renovated units should have nicer appliances, rather than stop-gap units that turn into permanent replacements. walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, or construction on units being renovated.
