We find that our apartment is spacious, the updated amenities are clean and work well, and the lobby and surrounding grounds are beautiful and inviting. It's in an amazing area as well, which has provided a great transition for us moving from New York City, having a good blend of active college-town life and a calmer, more suburban feel.

Can it be changed to afternoon construction I need to go to work, I need a good rest, I want to be woken up every morning by my alarm clock instead of noise. Poor sound insulation

I had no issues while living here and the building, grounds, and gym was kept very clean. The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. The Amazon lockers in the main building were awesome. The building is within walking distance of everything downtown, including the train station, grocery store, hospital, and restaurants. The tenants were mainly working young professionals and students. Everyone was respectful and kind. The building I lived in had a dog park, it was nice to look out the window and see all the dogs playing, I truly enjoyed my time at The Brunswick and highly recommend it.

There is a weird odor in the hallways and the lighting carpet isn't the greatest but the building is well-maintained and the maintenance people are very aware and reactive to issues in the building.

submitted by Andres A. - |Recommended: YesQuite, Comfortable — Overall, it was a good experience Pros - I lived in the top floor, but I never heard any noise from neighbors beside me - Bathrooms have HUGE mirrors which makes it really convenient for when you are getting ready - Key access to get into buildings so no strangers may enter and wonder around - Amazon HUB for your packages which prevents them from being stolen - Verizon FIOS ready for people who care about reliable, fast wifi... Don't get Optimum here since is very unreliable and customer service is not the best. - Washer and Dryer in the unit is very convenient, but they still have a laundromat on site if needed - Gym has everything you would need Its just missing a bench press - Faculty are new with the new management company and are on top of maintenance requests Things to improve - Microwaves could be bigger - I wish the building had Central AC but the provided wall AC are very good - Elevators look old, and most of the time have a smell to them - Sometimes there's a garbage smell in the first floor of 100 Hiram, I have never noticed any smells in the building on Denis St. - I would of like the tile in the kitchen to not be the peel and stick type and instead be real tile since it would be easier to clean the peel and stick tile tends to lift up sometimes in the corners

No complaints other than the garbage smell that emits from the garbage room. The smell occurs on an average of 2 days a week. However it doesn't cause my apartment room to smell at all. Living here has been great. I park into my own assigned parking spot and have no issues.
